Alkaline foods however can help cancel out all of the unwanted acidity and better optimize our bodies for true weight loss and health.
codice sconto

Re: Eating Healthy Saves Money

Oh!...that's
great helpful, it's so right to me!
I love your two blogs. You call them blogs, but did you build them with SBI? You're doing both of them by yourself? Wow! Great job! How's the traffic? I need to do something about my own blog http://newmlmmodel.blogspot.co....

Re: How To Lose Those Last 10 Pounds: Getting Started

Another one in every of the numerous signs that you must lose weight is if you have been told that you would like to do so. Whether your physician recommended losing weight or if someone that you recognize on a private level has, it’s suggested that you simply at least take their suggestions into consideration. Thank you

Re: Weight and Diabetes: What is the Relation?

Some people have diabetes and don't even know it! That's so scary. It's amazing how the weight makes a difference. I don't know exactly how it works, but I hear so many people say that (that when they lose weight they're no longer diabetic). Well, I hope your hubby keeps fighting to get that weight off! Have you changed how/what you cook? My hubby just found out his cholesterol is borderline. He's all over it--a man on a mission. I guess I'm lucky I don't have to convince him to deal with it before it's serious.
thanks for sharing, Shannon :)
Kari

P.S. If any of you haven't seen Shannon's blog, it's hilarious! www.thefabulousfatties.com

Re: Foods That Make You Sick

Hi Dominique, Thanks for the nice comment! I did actually make the free cd! It was actually a lot of fun and it's so cool to have my own cd! :) I'll never be Beyonce, but I'm recorded.

I totally hear you on the Milky Way. It's all about which pain is worse at the moment. :)

Stay Healthy! I'm LOVING your writing style, and I love the topic. I'm currently in the middle of a health/fitness kick myself and love learning from others on their journey (maybe I can learn a thing or 2). BTW - the free CD, did you actually make it?
And I have considered this concept, but sometimes the lack of milky way in one's life is more excrutiating than the heartburn.

Re: Top Ten Power Packed Foods

This is an awesome article Yogant is right up there as one of the number 1 foods for losing estrogen fat also!! It's the energy, then the crash we get when we eat a sugary snack. It's smarter to eat small meals/snacks throughout the day that contain a little protein, a little carbs, and even a little fat. It keeps you full, doesn't cause that insulin rush and gives you great energy with no crash!

Look for my next post on healthy snacks!

My husband has type 2 diabetes it seemed to come out of nowhere. I strongly believe it is directly related to his weight. We were able to manage it without meds when he lost weight, as soon as the weight came back on he needs the meds again.
It is scary to think that something so life altering can be controlled and so few people do anything about it they just depend on the meds. (my hubby) to take care of it all. that will catch up to them, trust me I have this conversation regularly!

I think this will be the first generation to have to deal with obesity at such a young age. All they know is what they learn from their parents. Parents do have an obligation to help their kids be healthier, active and make better choices.

Re: Five Easy Toning Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

Thanks Annette!

Re: Are We Fat?

I think we have a huge problem and I am glad there is some positive action happening.
